Best practice for fulfilling orders

Dear All,

I am looking for some fresh examples of fulfilling orders.  Right now we fulfill single orders at the end of the order process.  It feels as though there is a better way to handle this as it feels "clunky" to me with lots of repetition.

I'd be interested to hear of anyone that has switched from single order fulfillment to bulk and what the challenges were.
