SFDC Netsuite integration best practice
Our sales team is currently using salesforcedotcom. The opportunities are created in SFDC. Our finance team uses NetSuite for generating sales order and billing. We are working on integrating SFDC and NetSuite.
Finance team is asking for replication of closed-won opportunities in SFDC in NetSuite. My question is, should we need to bring in closed opportunities created in SFDC to NetSuite so that sales order and billing can be done from NetSuite. This would create 2 opportunity id one in SFDC and another in NetSuite. This could cause confusion.
What is the best practice ?
