Emailing Transactions
We have an issue with RMA's (returns) being emailed prior to the approval. We thought if we removed the to be emailed check box off the communication tab it would prevent the transaction from being emailed. That was not the case and the transaction still sent prior to approval and I think it is because we have the customer page set up for transactions to be emailed. Anyway we can can get around this and have the return not be emailed unless we do it manually?
