how to import connote number to fulfillment record
We want this function from the start.
We are using 6 couriers to ship goods. All the couriers have website to track the connote.
When we enter the shipping in the courier's systems, we use our sales order number as the reference number.
What we are doing now is when a customer call to track, we find the sales order number in NS, check the connote number in the courier's systems. Go to the courier's website to track the order.
Is there anyway to import the connote number into Netsuite sales order fulfillment?
We hope our customers can track the sales order online themselves by log into the customer center.
