Help - Document Scanning Best Practices

We are a new NS OneWorld user and we want to know the Best Practices for using the File Cabinet to store transactional documents.  How are you using NS File Cabinet with a Document Scanning/Imaging system to go paperless?  I would like to know what types of documents NS users are putting in File Cabinet and why?  I don't want to create a process nightmare, but only want to implement processes that will lower our costs and improve operating efficiencies.
