Outlook Integration | Riva
Hi all,
For those of you who might be exploring an option to sync Outlook --> NetSuite and vice versa, I'd highly recommend Riva, a server-to-server synchronization tool. Over the past month or so, we've been rolling out the service to our Sales team. We've experienced a couple frustrating hiccups along the way, but the problems were mostly due to our NS implementation and the Outlook Integration button that NetSuite offers.
A couple tips if you are going to roll out a tool like Riva. We've never been happy with the Outlook Integration tool, and even when trying to get rid of the thing, it's caused us a lot of headache!
