Restrict Searches & Reports to only send to employee email addresses.
Dear All
Does anyone know if it is possible to restrict standard and custom searches and reports to only send emails to employees email addresses (similar to the event tick box in set preferences to restrict invitees to employees)?
We found that if you use an external email address in scheduled searches and report. The said search or report continue to fire off emails until such time the schedule is stopped or modified.
To us this is a very high security risk.
