Multiple Email Addresses On Customer Record

edited Dec 6, 2019 2:36PM in General 2 comments

Hello,

We ran into a wall with NetSuite where our customers are not happy when we create a Sales Order and it emails to them, but it goes to the wrong person in their organization. For example, invoices should go to invoices@abc.com, and Payables should go to ap@abc.com. Additionally, we can set the emails on the Customer Record, but our user will have to go in and type or copy and past into the Sales Order Record each time it needs to change.  Has anyone run into this, and how do you deal with it, if you have? We are wholesale/retail type of business with light manufacturing. If anyone has ties to Product Development Team of NetSuite, please let me know. I would love to push the envelope with them. Thanks!

Howdy, Stranger!
