How many custom elements allowed on PDF layout

Hi,
   anyone meet below question when saving custom PDF layout?
    "There is a maximum of 100 custom elements allowed on a PDF layout"
   I try to remove most custom elements on PDF layout, but still can't add new element on it. please advise how to fix it.:h_a_w:
