accessing our account after it's closed
How does it work if we were to stop doing business or sell our company. The government requires that we keep all business transactions for up to 7 years.
I know that we could download our general ledger, balance sheets etc but for sales tax purposes we would also have to keep sales transactions which are many. Is there a service whereby we could access the account (which would be frozen) just for viewing and pulling up historical data?
If not, what solution do you recommend?
