Q1:　If role A was set for HQ Japan,　 and assign it to Shanghai User1
Can User1 edit the transactions for HQ Japan?
Q2: If role B was set for Shanghai, and assign it to HQ User2, and HQ User2 was only assigned
with such roleB
Can User2 edit the transactions for HQ Japan?
Q3: If we want the Shanghai User1 has the authorization of the whole company including HQ and its subsidiary, what should we do?
In a word, the priority level of role and user, which one is higher?
