One shot customers
We get a lot of orders from customers that are one time buyers. For a myriad of reasons these people are unlikely to buy from us again, or at the very least they are not going to buy more than once or twice a year from us.
What is the best way to enter these orders in Netsuite? We are 2 weeks from go live. These types of orders in our current system are a real pain to search through should the customer call back and need to return an item, check the status of the order, etc and i want to try to avoid this if possible in Netsuite.
