Licensing Quesion: Mulitple Accounts

We have users, myself for example, who access our UK, US, and Taiwanese NS accounts.  In this case, shouldn’t one license be sufficient? to access all 3 businesses or do I need 3 separate licenses?

I can’t imagine that the latter case is true.
