Personalize Newsletters

Hi,

We send Newsletters using one template to our customers and contacts. We start the greetings with "Dear Customer,"

We plan to start sending it based on the name in customer record, but we have 2 types of customers (individuals & Companies) in addition to contacts.

Is there a tag that retrieve customer (regardless the type) or contact name which can be used in one template to personalize Newsletters?
