Decimal Placings
I have a situation where my clients item products cost about an average of $0.0085 for example and the selling price is typically about $0.0095 per piece.
They use average costing and because the decimal placing is two decimal place, the cost of the product now becomes $0.01 - which now becomes higher than the selling price.
This has a reporting impact because the purchase price is taken from the average cost rather than the actual cost of the product.
Netsuite has an Enhancement Request logged for this issue at the moment.
I need to know if anyone else has this issue and how do you overcome them without having to do a major report customization.
