Forgotten Administrator Password Options
I've messed up and forgotten the new password I set for myself when I changed it last night and I've just found out that I can't use the 'reset password' form as I've not filled out the security questions.
I've just called support and they can email me the password to the address I've had for all of the 7+ years we've had Netsuite but only if they call me back on the office number (I'm 2 hours away) or some mobile number that I don't recognise - they refuse to call me on the same mobile I've held for the same 7+ years we've had Netsuite and the one they've often called me on
