origin of an email
Apologies for the novice question, but I'm trying to track down how an email got sent to a customer. Really, if I could figure out how to make an update to an email template and NOT convert it to a scriptable email I'd be fine. But alas, I don't think I can do that anymore.
So, if I'm forced to update the email template to be scriptable before I can make my change (minor hyperlink change) then I also need to track down the process that kicked off the email so that I can change the email that's referenced there. The user event that kicks everything off is filling out an online form.
