Sticky Notes Advice
I'm looking for general feedback and best practices on the use of Sticky Notes. I haven't worked with them yet. We have a request from sales management - they're going to listen in on sales and prospecting calls and they want a vehicle within NetSuite to provide feedback to the reps. They want to keep it lead specific, ie, features to highlight on the next call, how to have handled a specific objection, etc. In concept, this sound like a textbook use case for sticky notes. Have others had good experience with them? Are there pitfalls to be avoided?
