Tracking which Customer Contact placed an order
Interesting scenario that I wish to bounce off of the Experts here...
My customer sells their services to Travel Agents. Most Travel Agents have many representatives that could be placing the transaction for their customers. I would like to be able to capture which contact is placing the order as any email correspondence will need to be sent to them.
So my question is: What would be the best way to capture that information on a quote or sales order? I already have the representatives as contacts but cannot seem to find a way to get that info to a sales order using a selection list or sourcing a value.
