Best Practice for re-using Netsuite licenses
When a user who has a Netsuite license leaves the company we found that if we remove access it results in Reports and Searches created by that user disappear (and other unwanted actions) so we rename the user when a new employee joins and essentially re-use the license. In most cases this is OK but it does, obviously, change history/system notes by replacing the leaver's name by the joiner's name. What is the best practice for essentially re-assignig a full Netsuite license?
