We have a bad relationship with our NetSuite "Integration Partner". During the initial implementation, which took months and was going nowhere, the two sides broke off communication and we basically did the implementation and got ourselves up-and-running on NetSuite alone.
However, because we implemented through a NetSuite partner, any time I have a question about NS I am unable to reach NS directly, and am sent directly over to our Intergration Partner. However, our integration partner is unwilling to answer any question without charging us $150/hr.
