Is it possible to create an email notification with an X number of orders as the trigger ?

Hi

I am trying to create an email notification, I would like the email to be sent once we have an X amount of orders pending fulfillment on a specific time range.
I would like my fulfillment team to receive an email notifying them when there are more than 50 orders within the last 24 hours.
