Change Billing Address for Multiple Customers
We have a number of customers that are each locations of the same retail chain. They all have a unique shipping address but all share the same billing address (the corporate offices of the chain). Is there an easier way to change all the billing addresses for all the customers that belong to this chain? ABC Mart #101, ABC MART #102, etc.
Half the problem is not being able to -update- or -change- addresses, we can only seem to -add- a new address. So we would manually remove all the billing addresses, then import a CSV with the new updated billing addresses to add to each customer. It's time-consuming because we have to go into each customer record to remove billing addresses.
