webstore email confirmations need item images

HI there, Sorry if this is not the correct forum, but I'm having no luck in other topics. All we want to do is add item images to the confirmation emails from the webstore. It seems like this should be the default. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Is it a setting? the samples shown seem to have the item images (in the guide). Thank you for your help.
