Best practice to import/reconcile bank data

What are people using as best practices when migrating from a simple software like QBO to Netsuite when it comes to importing bank/amex data? One really  great thing about QBO was the ability to automatically feed data in from your external bank or AMEX account and reconcile these transactions as they came in.

Can someone let me know what's best practice here in Netsuite?
