Workflow vs Mass Update?
I'm still learning to navigate my way around NetSuite, but I know enough to realize I can schedule Customer Status changes through either a Workflow or a Mass Update. What I'm not sure about are the pros/cons of choosing one or the other of these tools when they can both accomplish what I want. What are the best practice and tradeoffs here? Is one tool slower than the other? Does one use more resources than the other (or whatever might slow down functionality for a user)?
