Metevante BillPay Address Change
The Metevante company processes online checks through NetSuite BillPay. My company has moved addresses, and the company address printed on the checks sent to my vendors needs to be updated. All the bank accounts remain the same. No easy way to do this.
1. No online account to sign in to and change it myself.
2. My NetSuite Sales Rep says I need to call Metevante.
3. In calling Metevante, they can't speak to me directly, I have to go through the NetSuite/Metevante help desk phone number; they transfer me to this.
4. NetSuite help desk phone number for Metevante requires that I have paid for phone support to break through and speak to someone, so I can't get through.
