Customer IP address logged when they order?
I need to obtain the IP address used by a credit card scammer to place orders on our website.
We process with Payflow Pro and that goes through GlobalPay.
It's over $5000.00 theft or fraud or whatever you call it - so it's serious enough - we have a case open with the Police and hopefully Payflow Pro and Paypal and Ebay are going to be able to help with their data to establish the identity and arrest of this or these criminals.
If I log into my Payflow Pro account manager website, I can use the P/N Reference number field from NS and paste it into a search on Payflow Pro and Payflow Pro reports an IP. The problem is that the IP recorded by Payflow Pro is the NetSuite computer's IP address! I need the IP of the customer.
