How to account for Bank Wire Transfer Fee

Good morning!

I need to apply a wire payment in NS.  The amount received in $20 less than the invoice amount because of a wire fee.  If I add this 20 into the discount area it does not flow to the income statement correctly.  Is there a proper way to apply the bank fee?
