Cash Receipt Issue - Bank Account Selection

Hi,

I have an issue where I have two Parent customers in NetSuite OneWorld.

For one customer when I select "receive payment" I can access all bank accounts for a particular company.  For another the other customer, the list of bank accounts are restricted - I can't find difference in the customer set-up.

Can someone suggest some trouble shooting options?
