Sending Items to CyberSource

Anyone know why NS doesn't send the item detail to CyberSource during the authorisation process?

CyberSource Decision Manager has some great resources allowing you to flag transactions containing specific items, either for manual review, or for more screening.

However, to do this, it needs the product data - it's all part of the normal CYBS API, so curious why NS doesn't send it.
