Web Site POS notification of failed AVS/CVN Match
We have a NetSuite WebSite and CyberSource/Decision Manager as our processor.
We want the customer to see that their payment is being declined on the website so they can enter a different form of payment. Part of our verification is for the AVS and CVN to match.
Currently we have used the credit card processor configuration area in NetSuite to cancel the orders if they fail the AVS or CVN Matching. But the website customer has no idea of this until they get an email from us that their order has been cancelled.
CyberSource says decision manager can do this, but that we have to build a custom customer web interface. This seems crazy to me, the functionality is fairly standard these days on other sites.
