WorldPay AVS/CVC checks
Hi,
We've integrated NetSuite with WorldPay, and following some fraudulent transactions have discovered that there is a problem with the display of CVC/AVS (address and security code) checks within NetSuite.
Whatever the result of the checks, NetSuite will display an 'X', indicating no result returned from WorldPay, when actually it has been.
Following a lot of time on the phone with support, a defect has been raised Defect #- 285224. Thought this thread may help anyone out there who is struggling with the same problem.
