Able to check out with wrong CSC, wrong expiration date, and wrong billing address
Hello!
We just switched to a new payment processor and we're having a terrible time. We were using PayFlow Pro and everything was working well. Now that NetSuite has dropped their support for PayFlow, we're switching to Worldpay for processing with Cybersource as the gateway.
Right now, when I use our new Cybersource payment processing profile, I can check out in our web store with the wrong CSC, wrong expiration date, and wrong billing address and the order goes through with no issues!
I've been back and forth between NetSuite, Cybersource, and Worldpay and after many hours on the phone, I've gotten no where. My best guess is this is an issue with the NetSuite implementation, but as much as I insist this is a defect, they won't acknowledge the problem. This is a massive security issue!
