NetSuite Errors using DSL/Verizon, but not from other ISP

OK, at work today we are getting errors in NS.  We click on "approve order" and we get "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support...".  We also can't click "charge" when processing a credit card and some other critical functions also aren't working.  We are basically shut down.  I tried both PC and Macintosh at work.  Every computer gives the same errors.  The errors are just in certain NS functions.  I also tried different users /log-ins and since I can't get anything done in NS, I went home.  I discovered that NS works fine from home.  I call the office and NS is still not working.  I use cable modem at home and they use DSL/Verizon at the office.  So the problem
