Can NetSuite make itself more ISP/DNS friendly?
I have a problem because our ISP has been having problems. 99% of the people who use our ISP (hundreds of thousands of people) can NOT access NetSuite or our store's check-out.
Here is the scenario:
Insight Broad Band (our ISP) says to use a DHCP setting. Using this automatically gives the user a DNS setting of...
Primary DNS = 204.127.198.4
Secondary DNS = 63.240.76.4
With those settings you can browse 95% of the web, but certain sites (NetSuite and it's customer's stores being in the 5%) can NOT be accessed. NetSuite and the user group won't come up and NS stores won't come up (when the customer tries to go to "check-out").
