Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Knowledge Base differences in web browsers
The knowledge base feature under NetSuite 10 is giving us some more headaches. I've noticed that the pages we generate look radically different under Internet Explorer vs. Firefox. What's alarming is that it's not just graphical differences - about half the information doesn't appear to be shown in Firefox.
(Compare http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.316216/sc.7/.f
under Firefox and I.E. For us, I.E. shows 8 items, Firefox, 4)
Last year, support had mentioned the cache=false flag as an option for testing, and if I try
http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.316216/sc.7/.f?cache=false
it looks the same under both browsers. (Actually, it doesn't seem to matter if you use 'cache' or anything at all, as long as there's a questionmark in the URL, the page content changes)
