Why do errors delete data?
Netsuite,
Please help me understand why in the world an error would delete the information entered.
Example: I can enter a sales order, complete all customer information, enter a dozen (or more) line items, calculate shipping, etc, etc, etc. Then I'm all done and click on save.
The credit card is declined. I get the message that it has been declined and the button "Go Back". I go back and I'm staring at a blank SO with no record of all the work that was just done.
