Problems sending out PO's

Is anyone else having a problem sending out a new Purchase Order by either e-mail or fax?
Since we've been on v11 we can't check the e-mail or fax box on a newly created PO.
The work around is to save it then click on the the fax or e-mail button, but it's an extra step.
