Mail Merge @ the Contact level

We are running into unexpected errors trying to do simple Letter Merge from contact records.

After we click Merge is when the Unexpected error appears, However NS still records the merge in the Contact Record under Messages....

I downloaded the Letter Template file and checked over the document for equations or bad field names...NONE. I uploaded a new version of the document and have the same problems.

I can do a Mail Merge from the Company Record with the same Document.

Any Ideas??
