Customers Reporting Checkout Errors
Hi all, over the past week we've had a dozen or so calls from customers reporting problems during checkout. We have not been able to reproduce the problem, however, orders have been down a bit and when you get up around a dozen calls in 5 days, it sets off the red flags that something is awry with the system.
We are working on getting more details about the errors, but in the meantime, it would be hellpful to know if others are running into issues and to hear from Netsuite about the status of the web store checkout system.
