Overactive Duplicate Detection
I'm testing our Customer Center by creating all kinds of bogus companies through the online customer forms. I've tried everything I can think of to disable duplicate detection, because the system keeps assigning *all* new leads to one of my bogus companies, even if the only thing that is the same is the area code. Please help! I can't have all new leads going through this one company!
I've turned off duplicate detection in Company Setup.
I've set the WorkFlow in the Online Customer Form to "Create Customers as Companies", don't "allow updates", and "Always create a new record", with "Use Duplicate Detection Criteria" unchecked.
