Unexpected Errors during XML imports. Where to look?
Hi,
I am having problems importing cash sales into NetSuite via XML. Even the simple test transaction returns unexpected error. A case has already been filed (#454523) and escaleted.
Does anyone know, is there anything I can do? For example, I got the same error during another test transaction (but not Cash Sale) and it turned out I was trying to assign a transaction ID without changing the auto-numbering setting (allow override) in NetSuite.
In what conditions unexpected error occurs? Even when a basic test transaction fails I feel like I am missing something simple somewhere. I checked auto-numbering settings, and made sure everyhting I refer in the transaction exists. What else can I double check? Where should I look?
