Wrong customer receiving email attachments?
Has anyone had a problem with an email sent through NS from Customer 1 with an attachment being received by Customer 2 with the attachment?
We can't figure out why this happened. The Customer 1 file shows the email was sent to Customer 1 but Customer 2 emailed us asking why we sent him someone else's email and attachments.
The two customers are completely unrelated - from two completely different Customer ID numbers - no similarity of company name, contact's name or email addresses. Everything absolutely and completely unrelated.
