Emailing Canadian customers invoices...
Has anyone else come across this problem. We have a few of our Canadian customers that receive their invoices via email. It has been brought to our attention that on these emailed invoices the taxes (GST and/or PST) are not showing as a separate line item. But on the printed invoices it is showing as a separate line. It would make more sense for the taxes to show as separate line items on everything not just the printed invoices. Is this just a setting or is this a NS issue? Please help so that we don't have many customers calling
