Severe Problems Since Version 11.0.3
Hi All ... last night we were moved to 11.0.3 and have been plagued with problems. Most notably, customers are not able to place orders. Both the web store and the backend are up one minute then down the next. Customers are calling to say that they are in the middle of placing an order and they get kicked out.
Are we the only business that is experiencing this disruption of service ?
THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON ALL MORNING CAN SOMEONE FROM NETSUITE PLEASE GIVE US SOME IDEA OF WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHAT IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT ?
There is nothing more frustrating than loosing sales. I realize the system is big and complex and that there will always be issues, but please, at an absolute minimum, before moving us to another version, please make sure the checkout system is working.
