New Prospect & Lead entyr has no address...
I'm hoping someone has a very simple solution to a very frustrating problem.. To start, this problem began when we were switched over to version 11 about 2 weeks ago...
Whenever we enter a new prospect or lead, there is no way to enter an address (there is no address subtab appearing). The only subtabs that are showing up are "info" and "financial". We are NOT using a custom form (just standard entry forms). In addition, if we want to edit an address in an existing Prospect or Lead - there is no way to change!! (there is no address subtab!!)
New customers and new contacts seem to be working correctly, but prospects and leads do not...
