FedEx integration Problem
I have been using UPS shipping with no problems for about a year. I recently tried switching to FedEx and I cannot fulfill any orders. I continue to get an error message "alternate sender address verification failed". I have done everything that I know how to do, including calling FedEx to verify my address and repeatedly checking all of my addresses in the system. This is driving me crazy because my rates with FedEx are considerably lower than with UPS. Can anyone help me?
