Customer Form Addressbook no longer auto-filling
Unless I'm going crazy, it used to be that when editing a new address on a customer record, the customer's name (and phone?) would auto-fill in the addressee and phone fields. Now this doesn't appear to happen.
And while we're on the topic of inconsistencies in the address book, it's weird that phone numbers don't auto-format. I can add a phone number of 9999999999 to the customer's record and press tab and it will format to our preferred style of (999) 999-9999, but doing the same thing to the phone number field on an address does not auto-format.
Oh yeah, both phone fields have the same help dialog indicating, among other things that "This field is required for the Online Bill Pay feature."
