Custom Online Form Submission Error
Hello,
we've been trying to set up 2 custom online forms. the first, a support case form, works fine. the second, a request form for an eval license, doesn't. they're basically identical except that the first is a case form and the second a marketing form. on submission, it returns the extremely helpful error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again.

i've searched all the posts here and the knowledge base. the only suggestion i found was that the </form> tag had not been included. it is there, however.
